I honestly didn't realize the flashers were different. So I read the service manual, I should have done that first. I;m no electrical engineer but I think I've got it.
Signal flasher is "fixed"...

This P4B defiantly doesn't have enough material...

1970 GTO radio wiring.
As noted 1970 GTO. According to the GM of Canada documentation (Oshawa build), it was born with a basic AM radio - no rea seat speaker, no 8-track, etc...The radio was long gone when I got the car....
