IGNITION TUMBLER POSITION RESOLVED!

Took a while, but got the tumbler released from the sleeve and re-inserted into the correct position. One part of the car that is severely over engineered!

DOOR LOCK QUESTION . . . .

One door lock cylinder turns 180º and the other only 90º, they are a matched set.
I can lock/unlock the driver side door. Passenger side, I can lock from the outside but NOT unlock from the outside....
