Power steering problems

Thanks for info. Car has serpentine belt system and belt is tight. Replaced power steering pump, could second pump be bad? Aftermarket gm pump. From street and performance.

Thanks everyone for your input. John, I used 68 chevelle 283 mounts for the frame and I used S&P Performance engine mounts and short headers. The Tranny is a t-56. Thanks, steve
