So I watched as much of the new video as I could. He does say that his intake port is designed for high flow but also maintains high velocity even at lower cfm for things like even 350 cid motors....

I think it depends on how many sets of heads he wants to sell. There are probably many potential buyers who would just want to do a top end upgrade rather than essentially a full rebuild.

I would suspect that he's gonna try very hard to make these work for as many applications as possible. That's what any semi-reasonable person would do. Anything else would be sort of ridiculous.
