When considering oil amount the crankcase holds 5 quarts. Then add the filter. The old filters held very close to a full quart of oil. The ones today do not.

I thought you meant threaded studs. Yes the 1963-4 have pins(studs) but the 1965 has a threaded stud with a nut on the outside. I don't know yet about the 1962.

Watched your video and it looks like you have replacement sockets attached to the old harness. With the sockets laying on the floor they are not grounded unless you have added separate ground wires....
