I thought about using lash caps but with the +.050 keepers there is no room for one. I haven't ordered the pushrods yet but have the adjustable pushrod set at 9.2" and the geometry is right on.

Thanks for the advice, but I did already have the short block assembled. All I had to do is remove the number 3 main cap to get the clearance needed and tapped it right on in.
