Does anyone know what the difference is between a 66 and 67 GTO fender?

Question Which Valley Pan for a 66"

I have 2 valley pans, which one is "more" stock/correct. One has the PCV in the front and the other has the PCV in the rear. Its going on a 66" with a 4 barrel car. See pictures.

How can I get the engine code if it’s been rubbed off?

On CSI they seem to be able to get the serial numbers off of guns that have been ground ff or is that all movie magic?
