when i posted about 1.65 rockers being installed i was just planting a seed, immediately they are not a running problem but i would almost bet the pushrods are grinding on the heads and spring...

BTW.. these modules are flooded with a silicone gel that does not cure much like implants used on humans.... this keeps moisture and oxygen at bay while having elasticity for heat and cold expansion

Well i had 5 used HEI modules so i put a spare dist in a vice hooked up power to test.....two didnt make the grade... one was a 990 unit its the one more intact i cut it open with a small rotary...
