I called Bowtie & they told me that I couldn't use any of their Quadrajet kits because Pontiac used a kick down from the gas pedal vs the Chevy kick down cable set up.

It needs an adapter, there isn’t much clearance required & no TV cable, has a computer instead. There’s multiple threads if you search that address those concerns.
