Won't be that long you'll be able to 3D print the heads you always wanted. One of a kind. At GE the 3D printers are doing production parts for engines now. It's coming.

One thing it does is, increase the surface area of the port. For what ever that's worth. The air flow inside that port is not equal in all locations and neither is the air speed. Don't see any value...

Considering the close bore spacing and small bore size, something like a 4/5ths version of the TM Boss heads. It would definitely be something with a good cross flow design and very large valves....
