Another point to keep in mind ... is we like to keep our vintage car engines less than the 195 degrees that the OEM considered appropriate.

For the DIY'er .. yeah, an electric setup just isn't ideal in our vintage cars without a huge investment. As for the HP, spend that electric fan money on some other goodie for the extra HP.

Yes I...

After some research it does appear that 4000 with fiber is considered at the least a replacement for wire mesh, and in some cases superior to metal reinforced ... really depends on application.

There will be rebar in the thresholds of the door openings, and in the lift pad. I don't think there will be any mesh at all. The original spec was 3000 psi concrete with mesh, the concrete "guy" is...

Hey, the Navy used those redneck AC systems for decades, probably still do. Pump 50 degree seawater through a heat exchanger and blow air through it.

Trusses were manufactured elsewhere ... hard to see in the time lapse but they carried them over one by one.

Post holes get filled with concrete when they pour the slab (hopefully today). Never...

I have a dozen of those things lying around. Some with excellent heat sinks capable of dissipating over 100 watts. All of CPU or GPU cooling units.

Right now I'm building an electric...

My guess is the shape of that shroud makes a big difference. I'll work up a study of that,...

Can you post a picture of the radiator/fan setup?

Hopefully you are not using one of those dual electric fan setups with the shroud about 1" deep. They only use about half the radiator.
