Do you have a nice gap ..from trunk to 1/4 panel...

Do you have a nice gap ..from trunk to 1/4 panel on the opposite side ...and the deck lid is level with the 1/4 ???

On the droopy side....you can try pushing that 1/4 up...with a porta power...

SEM has a product called Rust Trap...which will go ovah bare metal...without all the crap you have to go through with POR.

Leave that seam sealer ...and...

Loosen the rear bolt on the hinge ( where is screws into the fender ) and while the hood is open ...PUSH UP on the front edge of the hood a little...and that...

Put 2 hands on the side of the hood ..near the hinge area...and firmly push the hood to the wider side.

Providing that your fenders are evenly fit to the doors.

Drove and handled like a dream on that trailer...even ovah the George Washington Bridge....nevah doing that...

Put some sanding paste in a red scotch Brite pad...and wet the surface and pad...

Get one in each hand and have at it,

Rinse car off...
