Codes
Those are considered "accessory" codes. The only ones I think I know are 2A - Foam Bench seat and 2M- Powerglide trans. Others may be able to shed more light on these or perhaps some Google...

This is a photo of the trim tag on the last '64 GTO Produced in Fremont and perhaps last from every plant?? Crazy that they put that on the Trim Tag!

I know of a '64 GTO ending in 39099. Built 7-31N (Friday night). I believe Fremont began building '65 cars on Monday morning (8-3).

The tires don't help the value, I'd have them removed. The wheels look pretty straight and nice. Depending on the quality of the trim rings and centers, I think $500 - $600??

This is an old thread but here is another '64 GTO with a "4" in box "64". The car is a tri power, close ratio 4-speed, 3.90 rear, metallic brakes, and HD radiator.
