Pypes/Reverse lockout ??
 

Hey Gang,
Been a while since I have been on here. I'm looking at a 77 TA for sale 400/TH 350 and the owner put on a set of Pypes exhaust I think on factory log manifolds. He states he couldn't get the reverse/lockout rod on. I did a search on this site and came up with nothing. Any thoughts before I buy this thing ?? I don't anymore than the usual headaches !!!

Sometimes the downpipe on that side can get close to the linkage. I e always been able to get the back drive linkage on as long as I pay attention to where I position that downpipe before I weld anything.
