I had my 64 wood steering wheel restored by Mike @ Steeringwheelsbymike.com.
Excellent job. Reasonably Priced too.

Mike also did my 64 Goat wood wheel couple of years ago.

Can't tell by his site if he's limited to the rim, or if he does spoke/center restoration as well.
