Whats it worth rear Bracket.

I have a Rear seat console "hump "bracket that was "probably" installed at a dealer as the car is a 1970, and I dont believe these came to be till in the calendar year 1971 anyway. Its bolt on with 4 small phillips head screws. Pics here.. Thoughts??
Second picture is underside of the bracket, and Im 100% positive that number 2008 is NOT a year. There does not seem to be a console in any of the spare parts.

Might be a date of sorts, maybe Jan. 8, 1972.
