Comp 800 lifters
 

I need to purchase lifters for a Comp 290b SFT cam and want to use a lifter with EDM option, checking the forum the general consensus is the crower 66963X980 or comp 800 is the way to go, my question is whether restricters need to be run with either of these or are they metered so restrictors are not needed.

Are the crowers listed above the cool face?

I run the comps on my 290b and I have the lifter bores restricted. I use .030 for race restrictors and .060 for street/track duty. My 290 b with comp edm lifters has .060 restrictors.
