unique gift you may not have seen?

For a few years I have been giving U.S. postage stamps with any picture I want on them. Think about it, totally legal U.S. currency with a picture of your car, sister pet, family Xmas photo. I gave my dad a page of stamps that had a picture of him with his buddies and his ambulance in WWII. He was a medic and hadn't seen this picture in a LONG time. Honestly, he almost cried. Give them a page framed. Send out letters to old friends with their picture on this big stamp and see what type of reaction you get. I personally hate giving gift certificates and generic gifts. I have a page with my pet skunk on them and use them for paying bills. The company I use[ZAZZLE] may ask who the people are or not allow certain pictures that they feel are unsuitable for the world to see. They asked who the people are to make sure there is not a celebrity or money to be made from them. I will try to include a picture of a couple pages of stamps I just got. My 67 GTO is years away for being on a stamp but hopefully you can get an idea of the largest size they make with my picture. I buy 1 page of every classic car I have pictures of for my stamp collection. Just google "personalized stamps" or something like that and you'll find an outfit that does this. Oh well, hope this interests some one.

I was just through Winfield on Sunday coming down from Sayre to Valley Forge the senic route. I think I broke down there or was it farther north just above Lewisburg? I believe it was a Sunoco with a car wash in the back. Just filled my tank and it died at the pump -fuel pump. There is a real nice bar with great food directly accross the street. Hard to believe how many Amish live along Rt. 15 with an adult book store every other mile.

Stamps are currency?

Small world, Karl. Not sure I know what gas station you were at. But we do laugh about the odd mix of Amish and porn going down 15.

Yeah I had them too. They are expensive, and when postage goes up you need to get extra stamps to add to them.

Still got the bar?

Hows it going? I just answered your thread about Dad's car. I still have my 67 GTO, and the 1960 Plymouth Suburban that is in getting painted at Denny's Corvettes in Pottstown, so I bought a 61 Ford Galaxie to drive while while it's getting painted. I got em all covered. GM, MOPAR, and Ford. You know anyone that is a Ford man? I will be selling it in the spring as soon as I get the wagon back. 2 dr. low milage Arizona car that's fully loaded but it's a 3 on the tree! Hope my picture only goes through once.
Good to know you're still alive and
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!![TOO ALL]
Later,
Karl.

They sure are. It's one reason mail carriers don't carry them with them anymore. At least they don't here. To easy to steal and cash in.
