Sorry about the sideways pics!

I always loved the look of the 65’s. Tail lights and the quarter panels make the car for me.

Congrat's, I have always liked the looks of the 65's, and a Big Block and 4-speed is fantastic!

Cool car
Congrats on finding such a neat Chevy |
Sweet find

Man, that's a killer find!
Love the 65s as they still have the trademark triple tails! What's the plan for it? |
Thanks for the kind words! I've got a few things to finish up before I start on this one. I plan to just clean it up the best I can and get it running and driving and drive it. The car has some rust and putty but not too bad, rear windshield and lower quarters are the worst. You never know what might turn up once you get working on them though!

Nice! What's the story on the 66 sitting in front of it?

I am familiar with those cars. My first car was a 67 Bel Air. I put disc brakes on it, a rear sway bar, power steering, and more. If I can help you in any way, let me know!!!

Brings back memories when I was 18.
After high school I bought a 65 Impala convertible with 4 speed and a 409. (yes it was an early car) Saw it at our local Pontiac dealer when we went to see the new 72 GTO's I couldn't afford a used GTO they had at the time. |

Nice car, and a rare find these days. My dad had a 1965 Belair for a while, but it was a pretty boring car - four door, beige, with a base model V8 and Powerglide. On the other hand one of my cousins bought a new 1967 SS427 four speed car, that one was a little more exciting. :)

Nice find for sure. Anyone know is that straight up shifter factory? Look awesome!
