Parting out 73 Formula

I have a 73 Formula 350 4 speed I'm cutting up. It's pretty rotted, missing the driver quarter, and took a pretty nasty hit that bent the subframe and firewall. I took the dash for my other car, but has pretty much the whole interior still. Still has the pedals and floor hump.

If you need anything off it let me know. I'll be chopping it up shortly.

I do have a clear title for it.

Is any of the 5MPH "crash steel" usable? I'm converting my '73 to use the '71-'72 brackets to remove the extra weight. But, the lower reinforcement part is necessary for mounting the grill brackets. I can cut the portions that I need & attach with existing mounting holes and throw the rest away. It will still add a few pounds, but nothing like the entire structure (~85 lbs).

I could use the seat tracks if they are good. Also does it have a factory radio?
Thanks,
Bob

I don't need them, but If I was you I'd cut out the rear sway bar perches from off the frame, hard to find piece if you need it. I'd be tempted to hang onto the 4 speed items too, but at least that stuff it reproduced// available

Sorry, those brackets are toast.

I'll check on the tracks tomorrow. If the ones in this car are no good, I know I have a couple extra nice sets.

Good idea! I'll be stripping it down to basically a bare shell before it goes off to become soup cans.

The engine in it is out of a 75 I believe, so I dont think anything on it will be the correct date. I'll double check to be sure.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

How about the master cylinder? Does it appear to be original with the bleeder screws? I would be interested in that.

Do you have all the rims for it including the spare? Would be interested in those if you could give me the date codes.

Thanks,
Karl

I have a member currently interested in the master, but if it falls through I'll let you know.

I don't have the original wheels.

That curious bracket got me thinking a little more about other small brackets;

I might be interested in little cable retention brackets (ect) that were used to route and hold the wires going to the starter if any are there - I don't believe I have any at this time.

 Also!

Out of curiosity, what's the top of the steering box look like?
I believe I tossed the one I bought my car with decades ago, there's nothing wrong with the box it currently has, but maybe the aluminum top on yours might be of interest to me ;)

I have a 73 bumper. Needs a little work, but not bad.
