Post a picture that you took.

Like the title says, post up a picture that you took yourself. It doesn't have to be Pontiac related, as long as you were there and took the picture yourself. Being a picture you took yourself, tell us the reason or story behind the picture. I'll start with a picture of my car, and the engine that was removed from it in 1987. This was the first thing I did to the car after buying it for $1500.

I took this probably ten years ago. It was taken in Yorktown, Va. near the battle fields.
It was too nice to not take a picture of.

During a trip to South Korea about 10 yrs ago, I was taking pics of some of the buildings off the beaten path. Noticed the little kid in a stroller, "parked" by the curb, and no one else around!
The guy driving me around didn't want to get involved, but thankfully after 5 or so minutes, someone came to retrieve the illegally parked toddler!

I took this a few days ago at the Coronado Hotel in San Diego with my cell phone. A little girl ice skating at the beach in San Diego. She's looking at a Falcon that was there to keep the seagulls away.

Nice catch, especially on ultra light gear...I'm floating in the middle of the Currituck sound adjacent to dayboard 76...just had a bite but missed it.

I like to capture DRIVEN old cars under a blanket of snow. I use a 1962 Canon Populaire (bought new in Okinawa) and either 100 or 200 speed film. My goal is to put together a collection and show them at a "gallery night" (one of these years :-/ ).

Half-Inch Stud 01-01-2017 05:44 PM

Wow, the snow covers the topside patina perfectly.

Here's mine from 1968 while visiting relatives in Oklahoma.

Two signs of the apocalypse:

1) Cats and dogs living together
2) My son mowing the lawn.
