I just bought a 64 GTO/ Lemans. Anyone ever see a vin tag like this? Also including the cowl tag, any insight is appreciated. Thanks

The vin tag is a state issued tag. Recovered stolen vehicle, rebuilt wreck, etc. You didn't find this BEFORE you bought it?

Nice of them to reuse the original VIN rather than a state issued VIN format.

Car had a r/side 3/4 nose put on it. Must have been totaled from that accident and bought back
