Hey guys , blasting and priming all my odds and ends.. Found this piece in the tub with my core support brace and other nose brackets and mounts.. What is it? Where is it from? I looked in my assembly manual by couldn't find it...

bracket,front bumper valance panel,center . official gm description from parts book , looks like it attaches to the other piece in pic at bottom towards front of car
