PHS Documented RA3 Judge.
Rolled into the swap meet on the trailer yesterday morning.
Guy had it sitting decorating his yard for the last 20+ years.

That paint should buff right out. Wonder what the new owner's intentions are?

72projectbird 08-01-2022 09:03 AM

I'd buy it for 1k no problem.

E-Z fix. and probably wouldn't be to hard to make, ah, err, i mean find, the original drive train as well.

TxSportCoupe 08-01-2022 12:13 PM

Nothing a hard year of parts searching, 2 years of hard work building and, $100k won’t fix. And with todays prices… still make money on it. [emoji6]

Someone's got time, money and patience. But at least it's not gonna rot in some clueless persons yard etc. Restoration shops are slammed but this might pop back on here 3 years later finished.

I see a rust free Lemans in its future.

THIS^^^.
That $1000 is for the VIN and Trim tags. To build a fake car.

I'm betting countless people tried to buy that over 20+ years, only to be told "no, not for sale, gonna fix that up".....

Charlie Brengun 08-02-2022 01:41 AM

They probably did but alas now it's a vin plate and title.. you even wonder why he bothered to drag the entire thing out to a swap meet..

Endura and valance panel look pretty decent.

Did it come out of upstate NY? Looks like a Judge I saw sitting in a backyard at party I went to 25 years ago.

Greg Reid 08-02-2022 05:17 PM

Even if it wasn't a Judge, l'll bet the bumper, grilles, headlight buckets and associated stuff is worth the one grand.
Let's face it, a grand don't buy that much anymore. I just ordered a burger combo at the local DQ and the total was over $11!
I told her she could keep it... Politely of course.

Proof that if you really wanna drive that 1970 GTO that was used for target practice for 40 plus years on a ranch in Texas, that he paid $200 for,

My POS ‘70 Judge parked next to the Holey Goat at the KC POCI Pontiac Tribute Day show this year. Ugly cars can be fun too!

That's a cool pic of both cars.

He just finished up driving the Holey Goat back to Texas, where he purchased it, from his home in Missouri. Then down to Roswell New Mexico, and back to Missouri. 2000 mile trip with minor problems, (a couple fan belts). The video posted yesterday.
