How many 2 tone RAIVs produced? Odds are this the only one.

Wow! I think they should have restored it back with the white top. How unique.

The car confuses me a bit.
Aspects of it are perfect. The rear axle housing is as clean and smooth as any I've ever seen. Other suspension components look new too. Even the original shocks and other parts taken off look great. Makes you believe that the car really could have only 4,600 miles on it.

OTOH, why would somebody but those aftermarket suspension items on an ultra-rare care like this? Seems crazy. The quarter panel to bumper fit on the driver side looks like poorly done repair job. My eyes would stick on that like glue every time I looked at the rear of the car. The repair done to the core support is sloppy too. And yes, poor decision not to keep the white painted top it came factory with.

I've never seen code stampings on the engine that sloppy either. Is that factory? I guess it could be. Not sure why the seller hasn't posted a photo of the VIN stamping on engine. Hiding something?

I doubt the engine is the original one. Probably restamped block. The block code is weird also.

Could vinyl wrap the top white and be able to remove it easily if wanted .

I prefer the current look but appreciate the rarity of the two tone also.

There’s a few red on red 70 RAIV judges out there and this one’s a stick . Similar options with the formula wheel, power trunk and tilt . Also hood tach gauges , power steering & power brakes.

Good find. I would have left the white top on it. I think it looks cool, and certainly unique.
