Maybe...Not 100% sure Mike. If he did one, it was one off and before he started producing them for the masses.

Thoughts on fitment in first gen with Pontiac power?
 
Folks - first time commenting in here. I wanted to check if anyone has used the smith racecraft front end in a 67-69 with a Pontiac power plant? Did you fab your own motor plates? Any issues?

I am in the process of doing this right now. I bought their BBC mid plate because I have an aftermarket block with the extra holes. It won't work with a stock block if you want to use all 6 bolts. I used their BBC plate overlayed on the All Pontiac mid plate to match up the mounting holes and trimmed to fit the chassis. I am in the process of making a front plate right now since it will be a turbo setup with front facing headers (probably). For rear facing headers there are options from All Pontiac.

Mine for a 1st gen was 43 lbs lighter than the stock one just subframe to subframe.
