some engine pics. Original under hood paint with original components/brackets. Engine was rebuilt and painted to match it's original aged surroundings. Original stickers still in place with original filler panel. Original AC hoses with reproduction radiator hoses used. Unitized ignition in use with rebuilt wiring harness using new dated wires. Original Ram Air boots.

I've tried to replicate a engine compartment that represents an well cared for engine that hasn't been altered over the years and shows an accurate depiction of what a survivor car would/should look like.

Great job Pat of replicating the original look! Not just another over restored looking resto!

Lyn.

Pat - That looks fantastic. You've done a great job and must be so happy with how it turned out. I bet you even like the way drives better. So what's the next project? You know you'll be going through withdrawl soon...

BTW - I am going to need another 455HO air cleaner decal for the Black Car. You still in business on those?

Thanks Lyn and Bob!

Bob, I still need to get it aligned, get the engine broke in, but that won't happen till warmer weather reappears. Already been on the big let down...lol. Enjoying the no deadlines though. I'll get a sticker out to you.

Poncho Perfection

Pat-

Saw your car in the MCACN section of the March issue of Poncho Perfection! Very cool!

With our warm and dry spring, have you had the car out much?

POCI event coming up on June 4th, you planning on going?

Jim

Hey Jim, cool...can you post a pic of the page? I plan on going to the show at the Bass Pro...sounds like they have a lot of brass coming for the show. That will be good. Car just got picked up Sunday and is back in Lincoln for some warranty work. Hope to have the car back before the June show. I'll have a Pontiac there for sure, just may be my '99 GTP.

Hemmings Muscle Machines

Pat-

Time to resurrect this thread. I was excited to see your car featured in this months issue of HMM. It looks beautiful, Rocky did an amazing job on the photo shoot and writing the article up. Still one of my favorite Pontiacs!

Congratulations again!

Jim
