I haven't seen/bought/fired Al-shell Blazer, but the 115 gr brass-shell that Blazer I have run thru my Walther PPQ has been fine, and a lot less sooty than the Winchester (white box) I've tried.

Just throwing this out there: even TINY amounts of air in a DOT-5 fluid system can cause sh!t like this to creep up.

Not sure what also to say, but I have sworn off DOT-5 fluid after too much...
