I can't read the PHS very well, but the first impression of the interior is that it might be a leather interior.

Being from Kentucky and Tenn, the frame and cowl areas should be in real good shape...

The 2 documented 69 TA's I have seen locally do not have the bright molding above the windows. They do not have the AEE but do have the D80 on the trim tags.
