As mgarblik mentioned, yes, I believe this one should be the gold plating finish. I didnt want to send mine out so I used the Eastwood kit which comes with the gold paint, and red and green accent...

Also not an answer, but thought I'd throw out there that the PHS for my '63, the Decor Group 078 includes the line options Deluxe Steering Wheel (461) Deluxe Wheel Discs (462) and Decor Moldings.

Ah and check the gas tank straps! I know there was a recall at some point in those years. My friend found his was just about to break. I actually saw an F150 on the road lose it's tank.
