From what I gathered up is Keisler was a dealer and not a manufacture of the product although they did modify some parts for the trans, for the most part they purchased everything and did assembly...

YES mine are in and on -42 last week no heat, they will shut off automatically at a certain temp but check your tank or drain hose daily so any water collected doesn't freeze, they don't run...
