My thought was there may be some differences...
My thought was there may be some differences between a two door and a four door, but I just took a look at my 1961 parts book and they used the same trunk pan for all Catalinas regardless of body...

Yes. True, But... If you drill the whole inner door panel spot welds around the edge, and remove it, you can make basically Any door, a 73 door.
That said, I have swapped out just the inner door...
