All 5 hose connections can be seen and serviced without dropping the tank. Two are from the sending unit which is hard piped from the top to the two longer hoses on the upper front passenger side....

spin reverse & forward by hand for awhile & watch the fluid for bubbles or to make sure its circulating. cant say that will fix your issue but it worked great for me along with the other steps......
