Assembly manual was used on each carmakers assembly line.
The body (Glass, doors, etc from the firewall rearward) was performed at Fisher Body.

While it would be easier with the fender off....

While it would be easier with the fender off. There is enough room between the brake vacuum booster and the fender to put the nuts on the E brake bracket on the engine compartment side.
