I should add for clarity.... this was with a AP...

I should add for clarity.... this was with a AP front plate and a 1/4" mid plate along with a energy suspension transmission mount...

I too felt the same... but I did fabricate a small limiter just to make myself feel better... well after one season that "limiter" looked like a S... needless to say my new one was much heavier......

Yes, it just uses the timing cover bolts... the motor plate is what made it more complicated..

It made peak hp at 6700 but never really falls...

It made peak hp at 6700 but never really falls off.. my shifts are completed around 7400. .I can post a link to my dyno sheet when I get to my computer. . On my phone right now
