I just wanted to let you know (as well as anyone interested in this) that I agree with the 1973 model year for this bumper.
That rust to me looks like small fries.

Look at pure stock drags and such - I have understood that many of those people are running a Gardner exhaust.

None had the EUN listed.

iirc the 1970-#11 heads were a little lower compression than 1968-#17.
According to wallace racing (http://wallaceracing.com/head1.htm), the 1968 350 was 9.2:1 compression and the 1970 350 was 8.8:1...
