I had to change at least one flasher before the signal worked properly but I changed all my lites to LED. Can't comment on brite issue. Maybe you has some cheese on yer ground on that side? Also...

I had the same issue on my old bird when I added 8" rally ii's. I had to massage the inner fender only slightly to make them fit better or they would slice thru my front tires...

I had my leafs re-arched about twenty years ago on my old bird and she sat real high but eventually settled naturally. They were the last shop in town to do that sort of thing back then so good luck...
