Yes you can hone the cylinders for 4.125 pistons. It might not be enough to make the cylinder round with a torque plate.

That is my biggest complaint with BHJ and Pro-Race. You'd certainly think in this day and age they could do something to at least have their dampers somewhat rust resistant.
