Is everything up and in running order on your car? I mean its a wrap?

Did you install the 428 into the bird with the RA manifolds ? What do you thin of the XE284 Cam ? I am considering buying a 70 GTO convertible with a 406 and that cam and would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

Hey Ragtop. I have a nice 400 engine, that would truly make your bird fly.
I have it for sale, with a negotiable price, but no hits yet.
It is a virgin motor,Ipulled the heads and it is at the machine shop, just "resting" (not rusting).
Anyway,it could be a nice build for your bird.Its a 73 block and has 5 bolt holes drilled for motormounts.
It also has a set of 4h-7 heads with 98 CC chambers. I have verified them with a burret.The motor was actually good enough that it would have run, and probably just fine.It had sat for the past 7 years or so in a car.I pulled the heads to be sure it wasn't a ruste turd, but it actually turned over OK before I did.
It has never been apart before I got it.
I also have t cover, Balancer etc that will be needed.
