i appreciate the pics you posted showing the fit at the rear main cap....i have exact same situation. BOP one piece gasket, new canton pan, stock replacement. did you ever change anything? do you have leaks?
i am considering pulling pan and adding some RTV on both sides of the seal where it arches up over the main cap. i pushed on the seal with a small screwdriver and it is not loose, but i am concerned.
