- Born and raised in Maryland. After school at WVU and UK spent 15 years in Dallas before moving to NC 5 years ago. I have owned my GTO since 1987. It was built at the Arlington, TX GM plant in April 68. I purchased the car from the 3rd owner in Azle, TX. The car spent most of it's time in Fort Worth before I got it. I used it as my daily driver for 7 years until I started the 3 year restoration in 1995. Then the kids started sports and the like, so now 10 years later I finally have a littl
