That sucks about your motor! I hope you managed to keep the car out of harms way. Just curious what let go on the motor? And what block are you going to go with? One of the aluminum blocks?im curious about what your thinking on upgrades.......

I'm just hoping a few settle upgrades will bump my mph up a bit.
Im thinking bout a 4.30 gear (Hoping to cross at 72-7400) and a turtle in my intake. And some carb tuning and Im hoping to find about 50hp. With those cv-1 heads I'm sure I was giving up a bit of power crossing at 6900. Also I have to freshin this motor and I was thinking about going to the Isky red zone lifters with ez roller. And putting a 7/16ths cm pushrod in that thing. What do you think?
