- Had a 66 GTO from 1997 til 2009. Matching numbers restoration, wasn't much fun any more. Black car black interior no air. Too hot! Bought 65 Lemans in Sept 2016. Non number a/c car this time, get to do what I want. Restoration complete. Purchased 1965 GTO, for restoration in October 2021. 42k miles, Factory air, 4 speed California car with transistor igintion. It's probably going to take longer to make the money to buy the parts than it will to restore the car!
