    Hi Cliff,
I removed my carb today. Tried calling last week......Left messiage, got no reply. Sent an e-mail...no reply. Called today and your mail box is full. Winter is rapidly approaching and the snow will be flying very soon. Need to get this Suburban buttoned up and into storage. If you have to much work, I understand. Should I send it to you or have it done locally?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Brad

We have new ones for that carb number, and they come in our HP kits.

SR kits are $34.95, HP kits are $79.95 for that carb number.

Is it a stamped part number, or round tag carburetor?.....Cliff

Cliff. Any chance you can direct me to the Fuel Air screws for a 7027263 carb? I bought the carb awhile back and it didnt have the screws in it. I was hoping not to buy a complete rebuilt kit just for the screws. Thanks for reading. Gary

hey cliff, thought i'd check in w/you and see how everything's going. wanted to let you know the th-350 tranny you built for me is still going strong behind my 550hp 455. recently added an electric shifter to control shifts and went w/ stiffer sidewall tires on 10" rim. 2wks ago i went 10.76 123mph w/ 1.45 60'. pleased as heck as last year i ran mid 10.80s in good weather.

Brad, was out of the shop yesterday. I send a reply but it may not have went thru? Having some issues with Emails, probably another virus.

You are logged in the call list, getting closer to your name, about 30 in front of you at this time.

Good news is that we're moving thru the list pretty quickly, many have went another direction.

    I would estimate late September/early October..thanks...Cliff

    Hi Cliff,
Sent a couple of e mails to your business address recently concerning rebuilding my '84 Suburban Quadrajet...got no replys. I've been on the waiting list since Dec. 2011. Any progress on the back log?
Would love to have it back on before winter storage time.
    Thanks in advance,
    Brad

I would expect lower vacuum with that cam, but not under about 10-11" or so. Even the big RAIV cam with 87 degrees overlap will produce 10" vacuum in an engine like yours.

I would certainly consider adding some Rhoad's lifters to that cam, if indeed it is going to have that low of a signal at idle......Cliff
