Thanks for keeping the NW attitude alive and well. I can't do it all by myself and Kennedy is taking forever to train but I think the big break thru has happened for him, tell you about that later. Some people are just plain stupid when it comes to making an offer. Something that works REALLY well for me is ask them for a mailing address and when they ask why, just say I thought your offer was a down payment and I'm sending you a credit app.
