Picture 1971 LeMans - Pro-Street Build
Waited 30+ years for this. car is caged, tubbed, and four-link suspension is installed. Butler Performance assembled my BDS 8-71 blown 474 CID Pontiac engine, that came from my mom's Bonneville in 1983 (after she passed away). My grandmother purchased the LeMans new in August of '71. Engine can be seen on the Dyno at Butler's Facebook site.

Picture 2015 1979 Trans Am restoration
1979 Trans Am Project Car - Car was originally White, with Camel interior. 403 engine and Turbo 350 Trans. Eletric windows, electric locks, cruise control. The car has jerry rigged wiring of which about half is working, interior pretty much shot, exterior was decent, third paint job was one of those $500 job with paint which is flaking off everywhere. The body itself is is prety good condition with on minor surface rust. One outside side vent is damaged by the previous owner kid while being parked. The engine had some serious issues, it is 400 from a 76 TA, with 6x "4" head, and hooker headers, Edelbroke performer manifold, and Edlebroke 750 CFM card with manual choke. Passenger seat rail broken, missing some have ducting, missing air conditioner, water overflow had a hole in it. From the splatter under the hood Id say the car overheated and that is what caused the engine problems. Anyway, this gives you an Idea of what I'm up against in restoring this on. My plan is for only a partial restore, can't afford an off the frame restoration. Jus want to get it running again for use on the weekend or at select car shows.
