Placement of Speedometer Cable Grommet
Hi anyone,
Which side of the grommet installs inside the interior? The wider or thinner side ? This is how I installed it but it’s been years since I had the speedo cable installed. And I can’t find my GTO Restoration Guide Thanks, Don

Cannot guarantee this is correct, done by Previous Owner when he converted car to 4 speed, but this is how the grommet looks from interior in mine.
