67 Convertible Sprint? on Ebay
Good looking car, very base model with Manual Brakes & Steering, 3-Speed manual trans, & Base interior. Seller (dealer) says it has a later engine so I am assuming a 68 250 OHC-6. But they also say it has a 3-speed "Top Loader" and I clearly see the external shift linkage & rear counter weight that to me says its a 3-speed Saginaw. The seller does provide alot of photo's and 1 Video
Also interesting routing of the thermostat bypass hose! I have never seen it go around the rear of the engine before. Holley Carb, looks to be a 66 Sprint or Air Cleaner. And does the car have seat belts? I do not see any front seat retractors? https://www.ebay.com/itm/12503156352...=10001&mkevt=1

Lots of little Wrongs on that one.
What's the deal with right at the floor pan at the tail end of the trans? Looks poorly repaired??

The baby blue top is an odd choice. I think white would have looked better.

I also agree that I am unsure about the choice of top color. White probably would look better.

Dual exhaust set up is interesting. I thought about it initially for my 69 Sprint but I couldn't see how there could be room around the clutch linkage for two headpipes.

Sounds like the 68 Firebird I had. One barrel carb, three speed saginaw, maybe one option. Thing I paid like $500.
Why is the late (250cid) more desirable than the early (230 cid) ? 230 had a grand higher redline. ps really do not want duals on an inline six unless have a really wild cam, scavanging is about perfect with equal length pipes and is lost with duals. |

I had a dual exhaust fabbed for a 69 OHC6 A/C coupe I had and saved the system to put on my Sprint convertible. Was a bit on the loud side and I had to add chrome tips to extend the outlet past the tail valance to minimize the noise in the car. Many folks said it sounded like a V8 when idling, even when goosing throttle a bit, but above 1,500 it got very distinctly sixey.
