Last of the tri-power
I have a question about when they discontinued the tri-power in 1966. I've heard that it was mid year but never have seen a date. My '66 was built the fourth week of June with invoice date of June 30, 1966 and came with it.

I'm sure some with far better knowledge will chime in, but I don't think they cut it off any time in the 66 model year.
This would lead to the famous "factory" tri-power 67's that have never been documented but always rumored to be out there. |
