Question Source for side view mirror glass?

Looks like Rock Auto has the side view mirror replacement glass - but I'm not sure what number is correct for the 70-73 driver's side. Anyone know the correct number or another source? I just need the glass.

Thanks PY.

Dorman makes them. There were several dimensional changes over the years (by very small amounts) so measure your's first. They go for around $8. Rockauto has them or amazon, etc.

Be warned, they come with the edges VERY sharp and not sanded/beveled like the originals. I still have the scars from cleaning one of my mirrors one day. I ran my finger over the edge and it got ugly real fast. Use some emory paper on the edges before you install them. Use silicone or RTV to in place. The factory used a similar glue.

Thanks guys - I bought the Burco one from a vendor on e-Bay.

I'll mind the tips Steve but we bleed every day around here.

This is the one I ordered and it was a perfect fit. It came with double stick pads which I have used for the time being but I will be putting it on with RTV at some point in the near future because the pads make the glass stick too far out.

One thing I noticed is the glass is reversible - they have two pieces laminated together with the silver in the center so you could use it on either side window.

Thanks for the tips guys!
